I've always had a an ok experience at Great Clips, with the exception of today. The "stylist" that cut my hair seemed very stuck up and did not smile at me once. She was not gentle at all with the comb and kept ripping through my hair without apologizing. When I got home after my haircut I realized the back of my hair was completely uneven and she missed an entire chunk of hair. I know people say "you get what you pay for" but I figured $13 should get me at least a decent trim. Apparently I was wrong and I will not be returning to any of the Great Clips salons.
Beckie was awesome!!!!!! she looked at asked about and physically assessed the condition of my hair and talk WITH me about What I WANTED , validated how the last salon that promised my hair my way hadn't done that and left me with a 2 inch shorter hunk cut out on the thinner side of my hair . I am going gray and have been self coloring for years and want to stop but hate the unkept look of roots... a few well placed subtle high lights playing up my new silver strands and before long i will no longer need to be a slave to the box of home hair color or any hair color at ALL!!! and my new cut has addressed that missing chunk and things can now grown in more evenly AND the price was so great i could afford to leave her a tip because she REALLY DESERVED it.... Found my new salon.... :-D
