Thad Camp is an amazing agent! I was in the office making a payment and witnessed him on the phone with an older lady who had been in a car accident, she was upset because would not be able to get to the car rental place before they closed since her son was at work and she did not have a ride. Thad left the office and went and picked her up from her home and took her to get a rental car. I was amazed at his concern and kindness, I am a customer for life!

We have been state farm users for over 25 years, but we were extremely disappointed with Thad Camp. He does not return phone calls, until you have called multiple times. He is very slow in getting you the answers you are seeking. We would not recommend this agent!
