We obtained services and we had a horrible experience. The only ok thing was the price but really as far as customer service goes they are the worst! Not only were they late in the delivery(without notice until we called) but we were promise something that wasn't given. We originally need more yards than requested and because they were late when we called we were told that a discount was going to be given because of the delay. Well that was not the case, driver didn't know and we had to call for over an hr to get an answers. We understand how busy it can get but when we asked to let driver know the person on the phone said never mind that's not what he meant so no discount where given after being promised one. If you ever need concrete mix look other direction but this one. It is very worth to spend extra $20-$30 when you know you will be satisfied. We will make sure none of our friends and colleagues do not retain their services
