Very impressed

We were in town with a large group (18) and they took care of us quickly and the food was excellent. Will most definitely return when back in Belgrade.

Nice Ambiance

I had read great reviews of Damasco's so when my parents were in town we decided to try it for dinner. We got there about half and hour after it opened and only one table was occupied. I told the server there were three of us, and she said to give her a couple minutes. Well, we stood waiting for a good 5-10 minutes before she sat us. We were thinking "um, there's no one else here what are we waiting for..." It was kind of strange. Finally we were steated and we decided to order two pizzas- the pesto, artichoke, and mozzarella pizza, and the other was with red sauce, mushrooms, proscuitto, and mozzarella. Both pizzas were extremely thin and the dough was kind of plain. The pesto and artichokes tasted really good though. The red sauce and mushrooms were also good, but the proscuitto was fatty. Overall we liked the pesto pizza better. They were expensive though both were about $12-14 for a 12 inch pizza. Service was okay, but like I said our service was ditzy. I might go back for a special occasion, but try something other than the pizza. I prefer a hearty dough and crust. The ambiance and decor were really nice, and it felt homey inside with the fire going from the pizza grill.
