I had hood canal install my complete system during new construction. The price was right but the quality was not. Several different people installed different parts of the system and none of them new what the other had done. Then 4 years later my compressor in my heat pump went out. When I called and mentioned the 10 year warranty they said it only covered parts. I was ok with that untill I had to pay them $900 for 90 minutes worth of work. Im pretty sure thats NOT a good deal.

This company provided excellent service (on the coldest day of the year) for replacement of our furnace. All of the employees I interacted with were absolutely top notch, polite, professional and timely. It is truly wonderful to do business witha company of such high caliber.

If you are looking for a company that offers competetive pricing, great installation crew and a willingness to satisfy their customers. Then choose this company. My furnace quit working and they replaced it the following day. Great Job!!!!

My 96 year old mothers furnace went out and when we contacted Hood Canal Heating, they were very helpful. The service depatment was informative and dispatched within the hour. Geat job!!

the service was horrible too 4 attempts to get someone to come out when they said they would. When they did come out the guy left saying he need to get back to the office to get a part and we never heard from him again. Called their customer line spoke with a Lisa to find out what happened she was incredibly rude and hung up on me.
