For the overall salon; it is clean & well kept. This of course is very important. As for the quality of end results for a manicure & pedicure; it is always a personal experience with whomever did your nails. I go to Vicky and she is a perfectionist, extremely talented with the art of designs. She is always friendly and I literally would never go to anyone else to do my nails. My granddaughter will not let anyone else do her nails either. I'm not saying any others do poor work; especially since I have not had anyone else there do my nails... I'm just saying that when it comes to your nails, your hair or your make up; it's your experience and result from a particular person & not any actual place. While I'm at it LOL... Becky G at Massage Envy, in Bel Air, if you need a real good deep tissue massage. Kelly Smith at Massage Envy, in Bel Air, if you want a great facial and she also does excellent make up. Lauren from Regis, in Bel Air, is the gal to do your hair. I realized that people comment when it's a negative experience, myself guilty as well, but I might as well let ladies out there know the wonderful finds I have found.

I got so dissupointed with this place. They make u wait 40 min to do very bad job. My pedicure was so bad she could not even cut my ingrov..will never go back!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this nail salon. The nail technicians were unfriendly and very rough with my hands. She left me sitting in the middle of the manicure for 10 min. without communicating that she was going to finish another client. The station they had me seated at was dirty with food crumbs. I paid for the manicure and walked out half way through. They didn't even offer an apology or ask why I was leaving. I commented as I walked out that they had terrible customer service. Sadly, I will never go back or recommend this nail salon.

I do not recommend this nail salon. I went in at a time when it was moderately busy, but not too bad. They did not have enough staff but continued to take customers, so techs were jumping from chair to chair. My manicure was very rushed -- my cuticles were not even cut. I got a gel manicure, which started lifting the very next day. I also got a pedicure, but I sat with my feet in the water, which got cold, for almost a half hour before someone came to work on me. I got a french, and the quality is just not good. I normally would chalk it up to a bad day -- maybe staff called out or something like that -- but the owner (I don't remember her name and she was one of four techs who worked on me that day) was so unfriendly, bordering on rude, that I am definitely not willing to give them a second chance. I much prefer the Luxor salon over by Bed Bath and Beyond.

Such a place. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The place looks clean and the chairs are so comfortable. You have got to give it a try. Just close your eyes and...relax while having your nails done.
