On 6/1/18. Refrigerator stopped working 5/22/18 and 6/1/18 was the earliest I could get a repairman. Appt time 10 to 2. Arrived at 7:00pm. Not his fault they had over booked him. Very professional and started trouble shooting. 1986 model. 2 relays and a timer and it was running like new. Temperature gauge in freezer and fridge to monitor the temperature. Very polite and and a pleasure to meet him. Took about an hour to repair. Finally a technical who knew how to solve a problem and had the parts with him. Very well satisfied.
6/8/18 4 items for maintenance. 3 items were taken care of in the morning and very satisfied. 1 item was to be done by another technician. Again he was over booked and arrived at 6:15pm. I knew this tech from other visits. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to see him. Again it wasn't his fault they over booked him. Sears have been doing this now and it tends to bother me. Sitting around all day is wasting my time for someone to show up and it winds up taking the whole day.

On April 2nd , two repair men came and serviced my lawn tractor. When they collet ed the service, they parked the tractor and left ignition switch in the run category. 2 weeks later, when I went to cut my lawn, battery was dead. Call customer service, spoke to supervisor, Tony, he said no proof they did it and wanted to charge me a service charge to come out and replacelebrate the battery that their service people ruined. On top of that, to wait 3 weeks for an appt. I have been a loyal customer for decades, NOT ANY MORE. NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a repair contract on all of my appliances..

Recently I had a problem with the microwave and parts were not readily available. My tech special ordered them for delivery to my home. When they arrived, I called the tech

and the repair was scheduled for the next day. I have had my dishwasher repaired
