DECEITFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, and UNPATRIOTIC. My brother has been looking for a used Crosstrek for the past 6 months or so checking dealer inventory along the east coast. He was using USAA (The United services Automobile Association which services military members and their families) car buying service and thought he found his car at Jones Bel Air Subaru. He has successfully used USAA previously to purchase vehicles from other dealerships and figured this time would be the same. After printing off the documents he needed my brother drove the three hours to the Jones Dealership only to have the salesman that was pre-assigned to him be busy with another customer, the new salesman assigned to him a Mr. Jones was pleasant but ignorant to the car buying policy of USAA, he had no idea where the pre-sent paperwork was located but most important the sticker price on the car was different from the advertised internet car buying service price. We are talking in excess of a thousand dollars. Negations began, my brother had a bank transfer – same as cash with him already to go but Mr. Jones had no explanation as to why the sticker price was different from the advertised price nor could/would he come down to that lower as advertised price. After a short time my brother left without a car.I find this treatment to be objectionable and disloyal. How reprehensible to treat a military veteran with 24 years, retired with honors in such a manner - it saddens the heart.

Nothing but good things to say! Went in, was guided through what they had, bought a bike and that was that! Everyone was very friendly.
Work was done satisfactorily but no one called to say it was done. I had been there before with the same problem and was told that they could not find any problems. Then received a recall notice a few months later with everything I came in for previously.
First, the wonderful Bell Care is a bunch of crap! Free oil changes, tire rotations, etc... Be prepared to wait over two hours for a simple oil change. I believe your car is bumped behind someone else who has to pay them for repair. A week later I brought my car In for an oil change and rotation. I was told 1 hour and almost three hours later I got the car back. Oil cap wasn't put back on properly and had to bring it right back to be cleaned out because the fumes if burning oil polluted the cabin. then next day driving it longer distance I noticed very poor performance changes that were not present when I took the car in, plus the spilled oil wasn't cleaned properly so the fumes returned and caused immediate migraine. Now my car has been there for 5 days... Still have not heard from them. Poor customer service, a bunch of liars, and believe I have been victim of discrimination because I am a woman... Treated very poorly. Buyer beware!!!!
Bob Bell's customer service is a joke. We took our car there for a recall first thing in the morning and my husband started calling at 1 PM asking what the status was only to get the run around. I called at 3 PM and asked the girl straight out "Tell me the status of the car, is it done? Stop giving me the run around and putting us on hold! They tell you they'll call when the car is finished, which they don't. You call and they act like you're bothering them. I will never buy a car there nor do business with them ever again. I do not trust dealerships...Bob Bell is like most, SHADY!!!!
Bad service, I would not recommend this dealership for service. The "Jones for life" deal is a terrible way to attract customers. You might possibly be stuck with horrible service for life or you will have to choose to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else.
