        RUDE AGENT AND STAFF

        Randall Moore and his staff are very rude when it comes to customer service ""NATIONWIDE IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE"". I am filing a complaint with the Tx Dept of Insurance for my claim that they denied. They are rude and never call you back. They wait for the claims adjuster to send you a letter before they explain anything to you and they will also tell you they are sales people and not claims.... They are USELESS....
