Poor service

Extremely poor customer service, lied about quality of their job, incompetent, rude, tries to overcharge you on every aspect of job. Strongly advice not to do buissenes with.

We installed mirrors for this customer as he ordered them. He was told at the time of the estimate of the problem that would incur. He was not overcharged, he agreed in writing & by sending a deposit check authorizing the job. After the job was complete he called the BBB to complain about the exact problem he was forewarned about. At no time was anyone rude to him. His feeling of incompetent, is because he either does not understand totally when someone explains somethingor he just wants something he cannot explain. He was offered an alternative after the job was completed but also refused. Also did not want to pay for the extra work. We did what he wanted , then he didn't like it. My second offer was to refund the money for the material & remove it from his home. I have no response from him as of 12/2/07.
