I got my new SUV from Auto World USA in Bedford, OH. And I have to say that I am very pleased with the transaction. Being out of state I was a little hesitant to buy from them, not seeing or test driving the car was a little nerve-racking; but Kate made the transaction smoother, we used facetime to see the car “live” and I liked what I saw. (Too bad we couldn’t have lunch; my husband and I really enjoyed meeting her.) Once I made my decision I asked if I could be picked up at the airport in “my” new car and they agreed. What a better time to test-drive a car and make a FINAL decision. They have what I consider the BEST prices nationwide, and believe me I LOOKED very hard and didn’t really care if I had to drive back 24 hours to get the car I wanted with the features I wanted, so Auto World USA in Bedford, OH was the place. It’s important to read reviews carefully, as an abide review filer and reader I almost not got my car from them until I noticed there are a few other “auto world’s” out there. Once I realized most of the not so good reviews were from a different place I made up my mind. Scott was great to work with, very professional and was quick to have all paperwork ready for us. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase through them, the car is in “like new” conditions.
I spoke with Roy camp one of the sales managers on Saturday morning to see if they had exactly what my wife was looking for in a town and country, and to see if they were willing to match a deal I already had with another dealer. I came in later that day and dealt with Nick and let them look over our trade and put the numbers together. After about an hour and a half not only did they have 3 possibilities located, they informed me my payment would probably be even lower than what I was looking to achieve. My wife drove her new town and country home last night, and we couldn't be happier with the van, the deal, and the service we received from the time we first walked in til the time my wife drove off the lot. Thank you very much Nick Roy Tim and John, you guys really bent over backwards to get us the deal we were looking for without trying to pressure us into something we didn't want.
i have never in my life met a more amazing staff than i have at north coast auto mall,, WILL AND JOHN you men are fantastic. as well as the entire staff there. going to a dealership with no car and having these men do anything they possibly could to make sure me my husband and two children were driving off the lot with a new car. They even gave me a loner car in the meantime to get home because they wanted to make sure my new car was inspected before we took it home the next day,, they make you feel like you are there family.. not just dollar signs and comission like any other dealer ive been too,, i will send everyone i know to this place..you men are wonderful. all the staff i worked with and spoke too were so friendly.. will,john,keller,lamar and the rest of the crew thank you soo much Tara Berndt and Dave Erzen..west salem ohio
I bought a 2011 hyundai elantra and after shopping around not only did they beat the price of other cars but the miles as well. I had a very good car buying experience, gene and Oleg were very fair and helpful, and even got me a better finance rate than my bank. One of the requests I had was to get a spare tire for the car that didn't come with one, and after the whole process I had completely forgotten to get the spare. I was very pleased and surprised when the next day gene calls me up to say they hadn't forgotten about the spare and that he had ordered it and would call me when it arrived. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend north coast auto mall to anyone looking for a fair and great deal.
Words cannot express what a pleasure it was buying a car from these guys. I did not feel pressured or rushed into a decision, and everyone I spoke with took the time to answer all of my many questions (first time buyer here!). I worked specifically with Paul Cunningham--this guy is awesome. He talked to me for about an hour the day before I signed all the papers, explaining EVERYTHING and working with me to get the best deal possible. He was clearly well informed as to every detail of the transaction and was incredibly transparent. Most importantly, he was a lot of fun to work with. The rest of the team is great too. I would highly recommend this dealership, and know that my next car will be from Ganley!
I inquired online a month before even going in. Allan reached out to me immediately but i went to another dealerahip and got a car which didnt work out so i took it back. I then met Allan and he first sat down with me asked my needs discussed the process asked my interest and ran some ideas by me. They ran my information and told me what i could get which other dealers shop first and set false expectations. Alan found the exact car i wanted with lower mileage full extended warranty and more. Caleb in finance was awesome he walked me through all the papers gave me choices and not demands! It was a pleasant experience and I thank them for keeping my family save on the road!
Call me insane...i did bought a car on EBay from these wonderful guys at AutoWorld USA in Ohio.And tell you the truth,I would do it all over again,without a flinch. 1000 miles after,the car performs flawlessly and i am really happy with my decision.Now,that is probably because the make of the car that i chose proves reliability,it is true.That is not the subject here.The experience at the dealership matters,no hassle,no pressure a wonderful experience all around.Jason was absolutely wonderful in everything that he did .From the first call after the bid,to the last good bye before we left home from Ohio.Good job guys. I am not from the Bedford area and I was visiting an area about 25 miles away when I experienced some issues with my Saab. I located this dealership, spoke with Tom and he worked me in on a Saturday. The estimate was extremely reasonable and the problem was diagnosed in about an hour. They even washed my car (to the point she looked nearly brand new) and fixed an issue with the automatic passenger window, at no charge. I spent a little over an hour there, under $70 for excellent service and left a very happy customer. If I lived closer than 150 miles away, I would definitely use this center to take care of my Saab!
I had the most amazing experience and service here. The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. The service department team all worked together and interacted with each other Ina professional manner. I was in and out with my repair within 10 minutes. I will definitely recommend them to everyone in the future and will most likely purchase my next car with them just so all my service repairs would be done by this team. Thank you to Nick, Paul and a third gentleman that unfortunately I did not get his name. They all went above and beyond. The owner should be extremely proud
The phone system SUCKS! One website gives the fax. My first attempt today was a 7 min wait. Called back. Stupid system asks if you want VW or Subaru but every time you get the receptionist, s/he asks which one you want. Then the looooong wait again. Wanted to leave a message for the service rep and I swear the person who answered was literally and figuratively "out to lunch". This is NOT the first time getting through to service is a hassle. System or method needs to fixed. Quite spending all the money on the stupid, amateurish ads- fix your communication system!
