I ordered a special order storm door. The door came in 2 weeks ago and is still sitting at Lowe's in Bedford NH. Forget about anyone calling you back from the door dept. After not hearing from the person who sold me the doorI went to the store and was handed a card to call the 877- number for install. After calling the 877 number I was informed that the contractor would be installing the door on the 27th of April, which was a Friday. Late Thursday night I get a call from the contractor asking me if he can change the install to Saturday the 28th. He said he had other plans for Friday and he would call me on Friday morning. Called early on Friday morning informing me that he would be at my house between 1:00 PM and 3:PM on Saturday. Saturday came with a no show from the contractor or no call to from him. I called the contractor myself and he never answered his phone or call me back. Late Saturday afternoon after this contractor never showed up and being VERY pissed, I called the 877- number. A guy name Alex from their customer service spoke to me and told me he would call me back on Monday with a new install date and that he was going to call the contractor. I even called the store on Saturday and spoke to the person who sold me the door. He also told me he would get back to me on Monday. Neither Alex or the person who sold me the door (who I won't mention names) got back to me on Monday. Now being very frustrated I called the 877- number again. Was told that another contracting service would call me by the end of the day to set a install date. NO one has called. I told the customer service person that I spoke to that I want compensation for work that was suppose to be done on a specific day and was not performed for 2 Days. So right now I am still waiting for SOMEONE to call me back about the installation of my door. If I don't hear by anyone by the this week I will take it up with my credit card company and cancel the sale.
