Worst Experience ever! I would not recommend anyone go there. They measured me and suggested a size, I trusted that the girl knew what she was doing. Turns out my measurements were inches too big to fit into the bridesmaid dress I paid 240$ for. It took 4 months to get here. I called the manager and went to see their seamstress they said absolutely no refunds or exchanges and they could repair it BUT I would have to pay for the alterations. I was furious and had never been treated so poorly. They had three women try and stuff me into a dress that clearly would not fit until I had to tell them they were hurting me. They had me try on the same dress I tried on the day of the fitting and that still fit but they would not take any ownership at all. They were rude and I will never go back. I now can not be in my best friends wedding because it is a month away and they refuse to help me.

They are nothing less that PURE CLASS. They are the BEST, period! I've never been there, my first time and they are all SO NICE and TREATED ME AND MY SON WITH WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE in every way possible and made the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE SO EASY. Thank you:) Susan Kouchalakos

The staff at Modern Bride is AMAZING! They have a huge selection of bridal gowns that YOU can go through yourself. I loved that I could pick what I wanted to try on. You don't need an appointment to go in and try on dresses, which made it super easy to get my girls together on their schedules. I couldn't be happier with their service. I am getting married in August and have purchased my bridal gown and accessories with them, as well as my bridesmaids and mothers dress. Recently, we had a little bit of a crisis with one of my bridesmaids dresses and they totally saved the day! Long story short she ordered a size to small and they did everything they could to make sure she got a new dress that fit and that she could feel beautiful in. Such a relief!! I will be recommending Modern Bride to all my single friends!!
