I think Dr.Raza is a wonderful person and Doctor. BUT his business office staff made a boo boo with my insurance and didn't file with correct insurance company. It was over a year before I found out .I then gave her correct insurance info. Turns out she didn't file it. I checked with my insurance. So now they want to hold me responsible for whole bill. I told them I didnt mind paying half but not all since I feel like part of this was their fault. As far as Dr. Raza goes he's a good doctor but he needs to clean house as far as some employees. Before they sink his good name. Disappointed in Bedford 😔
I have nothing but good things to say about the Heart and Vascular Clinic. They put a stint in for me. Everything went perfectly. They are so nice and professional. And I'd like to give a special thanks to Doctor Raza.
