My experience is very similar to so many you will read here and on the Better Business Bureau website. They are persuasive selling, representing a huge volume of printed ads will circulate, but if you have ANY problem they have an attorney who would rather write pages to prevent you from getting a refund than write a clear, honest contract in the first place. NOTE: The legal name of the company is "Production Media Company" but they hide behind a "doing business as" name -- "PMC Networking". They have a 97% negative rating on the BBB website (0% positive!!!), but you won't find that if you look up PMC Networking.
I had an appoint for a blow-dry scheduled at 10:00 am. However, the stylist was nearly 40 minutes late. Her excuse was that there had been a lot of staff turn over with schedule changes and she was confused about her schedule and unaware she was supposed to be there. Due to her being late I missed another appointment I had later that day and was charged a no-show fee. Additionally, upon checkout, the receptionist was unfriendly and unapologetic. I asked for the owner's contact information. I followed up with an email. I never received a repose from the owner. It's incredibly unprofessional for the owner to hide behind email and to treat clients this way. I was still charged full price for the service and had to pay the no-show fee for the other appointment. Honestly, that's not the issue. It's the complete disregard. Absolutely, no management how can a business be operated this way! Even after all of this, I tried to give the salon another try by scheduling another blow-dry which I had to reschedule. Apparently, the message was about received and I was tested the morning of my appointment with a very unfriendly text. It amazes me that I received a very prompt text but if you need to address an issue with the owner good luck! I had been a client here for a few years but had noticed a decrease I client care so had gone to another salon. This was an attempt to see if things had changed. Unfortunately, there is a saying your team is only as good as your management.
My husband and I have had many meals at this restaurant over the years. Like other reviewers have remarked, this restaurant is showing its age, and the food used to be a bit better. However, we still enjoy going because they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there is something on the menu for everyone. We especially like their soup and sandwich specials at lunch, and they have great pie.
I have been going to Charles for many years and am glad I found his business after trying a bunch of them in the neighborhood. He listens well and takes time to cut your hair exactly the way you want it. He is very pleasant person to talk to as well. He cares about his customers. His shop and equipment is very neat and clean. His haircut and shampoo price is very reasonable. Thank you Charles!

I went there for sometimes 21st birthday and after a few rounds of beer and shots the people started looking at my boyfriend and his brother like they were trouble. And honestly they weren't doing anything. They were just bowling and drinking and enjoying themselves. They might have been a little loud at times but over all they did nothing crazy. And it just seemed like from the moment we started bowling and drinking their staff gave us nothing but a "I don't like you" attitude. I've never experienced that anywhere. I know it's kind of a family place but then why do they have a bar right next to the bowling!? They are way too expensive I've had a better experience at a cheap run of the mill bowling alley.
My wife signed us up with these guys last year and we have been very pleased with the consistent results.
Moved to Portland from Dallas and did not think I would need a pest control company. I'm very glad we picked these guys up. I was surprised that they took care of my mice without charging me more on top. A+
