Kids Campus

My daughter attends this center. I previously had my child at another child care center. I pulled them out because they were continuously being bitten and the director/teachers were not doing anything to improve the situation. My daughter has been going to Kids Campus for almost 2 years now and I am very pleased. There was a child in the classroom that bit when we started her in their 'wobbler room' at Kids Campus, which is understandable, they do that at that age. I was concerned at first, but the director explained to me how they handle 'biters'. They shadow the child that is getting bit and also the child that is biting. They look to see why the child is biting. Are they tired, hungry, overstimulated, being instigated to do it by the other child, etc. I was very pleased to hear that they work with not only the child that is biting but also the child that is being bit. This was great to hear. My husband and I have since then had another child. They will be attending in the next few months when they are a little older. Their Infant Room looks clean and the Teachers seem very friendly. I would recommend this center. My daughter is in the preschool class now and comes home happy and can't wait to go back the next day. Sometimes I have to come back later to pick her up because she is busy doing a worksheet or outside playing with her friends. It is a good feeling as a parent to know your child is happy while you are not with them.
