Don't be conned by their extended warranty for a certified car. We thought we were purchasing additional time on the warranty, but instead it was just for more coverage. The so called 6year/100K warranty starts from the in-service date of the vehicle, not the date we purchased it.
I went for a scheduled interview at 2pm. I handed my resume to Eric and patiently waited for about 10 minutes in the Service Department waiting area. As I was waiting, a Service Department Employee came over to the table I was sitting at and informed the customer that her Honda Pilot had been in an accident caused by one of the lot attendants. I then met with the Finance Manager who was cordial, polite and professional. My favorite part was when she discussed Simon Sinek's talk about Starting with the Why.Some of the questions that come to mind for Beaverton Honda would be:Why schedule an interview for 2pm when there is not a manager to conduct an interview?Why leave a candidate sitting in an area for 30 minutes unattended with no consideration or regard for that persons time?Why not send someone over to inform the candidate that the interview will have to be rescheduled?Why be so inconsiderate, rude and and reckless with another person's time?I was not impressed nor was I happy with the way I was treated at Beaverton Honda. I did not find the dealership to be inviting, warm and based on my experience, I do not want to work here, nor would I purchase a car from this dealership. I also might think twice before having my vehicle serviced at this dealer.

WORST dealership ever! I've had awful experiences with both the sales and service departments. Couldn't even get a call back from there. You are warned!

The way that the team shows the interest to serve us in the right way, I appreciate all team members wait till 11:00 p.m just to do all the process and make us happy, today our car release to mount the back camera and we are looking to do the work in the same efficiency and perform during the selling time.

I had a starter issue with my Escalade and ended up having to have it towed via flat bed to Carr Chevrolet for service.The service staff, as always, was very helpful and did a great job not only getting the problem resolved but also providing me with transportation while my vehicle was being worked on.They did a great job, which they always do. This is why any dealership car I purchase or any major service is always done with Carr Chevy.

I purchased a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 104k miles and paid cash. I too was made to pose in front of the car with an "AS IS" sign in my hand so they could take a photo. The only redeeming part about the vehicle turned out to be the "fairly new tires". So far in the first month I've had to have the front differential rebuilt, and replaced a defective catalytic converter. I took it back to my local mechanic for a bearing noise in the rear axle, when they opened the differential metal fragments were laying in the case and some of the gears were missing big chunks of metal. So far the grand total for this Jeep POS is $2500 plus the original purchase price!BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! They will sell you crap and not care at all.
