        The Sears Appliance Repairman came to do a yearly maintenance check on my hot water heater. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me sound advice on multiple things relating to my hot water heater. He explained things to me about taking care of it, such as draining it twice a year and adjusting the temperature on it. He also recommended fixing other things in the future, such as needing a new furnace, a chimney cap, and central air.

        Tech came in assessed the problem asked questions retrieved appropriate tools and parts, installed parts, tested and signed off. We paid for the service. Works as before and we are satisfied. He was good natured. Excellent experience.

        The serviceman who visited us on Mar. 29 was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained why out riding mower worked the way it did, a safety factor which we hadn't known. Also, showed my husband some other things which he hadn't known which improved his satisfaction with the product. His sharing of this knowledge was very helpful.
