Amazing service. The front counter guys are always warm and willing to help figure out what my car needs. 230k miles and running strong. The eve helped me with a rental car when my car had to be there for two days.

Do not use these Jokers unless it's an emergency and no other options exist.
They are not professional, have no working definition of accountability and change their stories more often than school children.

I had Murphy's suggested to me by my mechanic in Tucson as the best place in Beavercreek and I've never been sorry that I've gone here as I've used them almost exclusively for almost 6 yrs.

The staff are very friendly, the manager frequently comes out and asks how I like the service, and they send me an email after every appt to allow me to rate them so they can improve their service. Whenever service unexpectedly takes longer than they estimate, they are quick to give me a loaner car or give me a ride home.

That being said, they are not the cheapest place in town. However, its my experience that time and again that when you pay for cheap service, you get cheap service. Its a myth that is a "great mechanic" that will both give you great service and give you a cheap price. Murphy's charges a little more for oil changes, but they also do a little more. You want a $20 oil change where they put in cheap products and the people don't care how your car works? Goto Jiffy Lube.
