Very Poor Customer Service. I went to get my iPhone 7 checked for some software related problems. From the start of the conversation, the staff guy was trying to blame me for the problem. My phone rings by itself and nothing gets displayed on the screen, it happens about 2-3 times in a day. I thought the apple guys will understand when I will tell, with super luck the problem happened in front of the store guy but to my surprise, rather than accepting the fact that there is some problem on the phone he started blaming me for improper use of phone and that I have some weird applications because of which it's happening. I told him that I have very simple applications and that too all from the app store but he refused and rebooted my phone, did some software checks and told me that even if the problem exists in future then also it will be my mistake. I told him that I am having other problems as well, and as a student and not having a car it's very difficult for me to come to the store again and again (this was my 3rd time), so I requested him if he can replace the phone is possible. On that, he told me that we don't run an ala carte here in the apple store.Really bad experience, I just feel if I would not have gone to these guys or not have bought iPhone.
I was very tired and not wanting to go deal with some phone issues tonight after work and dinner. I had been having a problem ever since I switched to a new phone. I called Verizon after having no luck at one of their stores, and after the run-around they told me it was an Apple problem and not them. I went into the Apple store tonight ready for the same response and ready to wait forever. I was greeted quickly and given a tech to help, who ran some different settings on my phone and then took out my sim card and tried it on a different phone to prove it was the service and not the I-phone. He then picked up the phone and called Verizon on my behalf, talked to a level two tech and they figured it out together, Apple store at The Greene you deserve Customer Service awards and accolades. Thank you John so very much!! you are an asset to your store and company!! and that's how customer satisfaction is won.

Every time I've gone into this store, they are amazingly helpful, friendly, honest, and down to earth. I've only had positive experiences here, and I've always been impressed by how knowledgeable these employees are. The service is INFINITELY better than at typical stand-alone Verizon stores. I feel like I'm being treated like a person and not just a number in a long list of customers. I always receive tons of one-on-one attention and end up leaving very happy with my purchases. Once I bought a phone from them years ago, I'll never go back to a typical Verizon store again. Thanks for the wonderful service!!
My daughter's IPad shut down and wouldn't reboot. Kevin fixed it and explained exactly what caused the problem. I highly recommend this location for all your Apple products. All the employees were friendly
I accidentally deleted my calendar on my IPhone but it was still on my iPad. A guy named Kris H. was helping me while shuffling people as they came in, as he was assigned to do. It took him only about 30 minutes and he figured out my problem and restored my calendar! I couldn't be happier!!
