Tinitique Cafe and Saloon

I do not see how anyone could make any dish well when they are trying to make 20 pages of different menu items. Nor do I believe any of it to be "made to order". Server very slow getting to our table. Took our water order and ran away. Came back later to ask if we needed even more time. Took the order and ran away again never to come back. I would of ordered a cocktail had I had a chance to ask for it before she ran. A nice girl auctioned off our food to us and brought the extra napkins I asked her for. (Ordered wings. Thought we might need them) Wings cold! And the saddest display of celery and carrot. Why bother? Cold french dip. Huge bread, maybe a slice of cheese. Sad. The fries were not fries and wait... they were super cold. Ruben and chips my friend said was different from any he had before. Not in a good way. Eventually I wave the girl that served my food over and asked her to wait on us. Explained our situation and asked that the first girl not even come back to our table. Don't you know that women thought it wise to then come back to our table to ask if we wanted anything warmed. Spent 33.36 for two people to be treated with total disrespect. A man came out from the kitchen to say it was shift change. I replied "I'll never be back" He replied "That's your choice". He was one of the OWNERS! WOW!! Not only will I never return but took the time out of my morning to write this review. The 20 page menu is not only dirty looking but all paper, can not be washed. Went to the restroom to wash hands and never did get hot water. Makes me wonder if hot water even runs to the restroom.

Have ate there several times and enjoyed the food, but I will never go back again and will let all my family know why. I made reservations for 10 people with the bartender and when we arrived the hostess/unprofessional manager said we didn't have reservations and don't take them after 4 on Fridays. After practically calling me a liar the bartender finally admitted that he took the reservation, but she didn't care. She didn't even try to accommodate us at all, plus there was a table being held for 15 after 4 on Friday. If this woman is your manager/hostess and this how your customers are being treated I feel bad for anyone who eats there. Plain and simple she was a total UNPROFESSIONAL *****, you know rhymes with witch!!!!! Forced me to put a star but they don't even deserve that.

This place has horrible service and horrible food! The bartenders were awful and refused to serve of-age guests. They questioned both my 23 year old sister and my 25 year old friend's licenses. They even offered to provide military id in addition. The bartenders quizzed them and were skeptical of their identifications. I immediately asked to speak to their manager. I was very disappointed in how the manager handled this situation. He told us to get out of the restaurant. I was very offended and upset at how he handled all of this. This restaurant should be on Kitchen Nightmares so they can learn from Chef Ramsay how to behave around customers. DON'T EAT HERE! BEWARE!!!!

I luv dis place but by any chance do u have waffles or do they have waffles I kinda need to no if anyone nos de answer to this plzz respond thankz :)

I really like this place and the food is excellent. However, the banquet manager they have there is a real witch. She has no customer service skills and is very short when talking with her. I have talked with her a few times on many different occasions and it always seems like that your bothering her. I recommend that they replace her with someone before my loose more customers!
