You can not reach the Darlington Office through this number, just another run around that Comcast does. I have had the miss fortune of having to deal with Comcast for the past 10 years, all the while they want to call me a loyal customer and yet I never get any perks as one or satisfaction. I went as far as to visit this office yesterday and still face to face got no answers. We had decided to drop our cable service and pick up netflix and hulu, with in three weeks we were being offered this amazing deal, but try to call for it they all said that was for only new customers. The offer was addressed to my husband and they said they want us to come back. So after many calls and a visit to the office I did call the number above. To my good luck Audrey answered the phone. She has to be the best that Comcast has, she was very understanding and was very happy to help us out. She treated me like the loyal 10 year customer that Comcast refers to me as. Thank you Audrey for the best customer service I have ever received, Comcast you should have Audrey train you customer reps to be more human and not just read off a script. Thank you Audrey for being so helpful and so pleasant. I am giving this a five star but just because of Audrey, the rest of Comcast SUCKS!!!!!

At least you were able to contact someone in this office. I can't even get a direct number so I can check whether or not they have the equipment I need prior to making the trip there. By calling the 800 Comcast number, I've been transferred to the Philippines, Southern Texas and God know where else. I've had numerous problems with Comcast's equipment...too many to even mention and the service keeps going on and off. It makes me want to change providers. Ugh!
Absolute thieves. They sent the wrong equipment so when I went to exchange at this office, I was told my account had been canceled because the person who lived in my apt. before me did not pay their bill. Since that has zero to do with me I told them to forget it and left the equipment. I am still getting calls saying I owe the equipment so basically the girl in customer service stole the equipment and now I am expected to pay for it. WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!
