We have been customers for 3 years and are finally switching LP providers because the customer service is so bad. They missed our home on a scheduled route delivery this past winter and we ended up running out of LP on Christmas eve and then had a terrible time getting anyone out here to fill the tank. This was not our error and we were offered very little help, no apologies and they tried to charge us an additional $100 as an extra trip fee? Their customer service employees are rude period and no one seems yo know what's going on.
WATCH YOUR BILL! I was billed after making a payment to the driver- somehow got credited to someone else's account. Now I have a finance charge on a dollar that supposedly was not paid. It's understandable that there can be problems in transition, but it's still up to you to catch errors!
