well I went to get a chainsaw worked on and one guy said no problem then when I brought the saw in they then said we cant get parts I offered to get the parts and let them mark up the parts and pay the checkout fee and they still told me no again I offered for them to mark up the parts like any other part with the power of the internet they can get online and get any part for any mower I'm in total disbelief

Lost a costumer for life and will not recommend triangle to any one. Total fofeitire of layaway at $150 buck ....no credit given....they got me for that $150, but I hope people read this and they lose some sales!!!

I went there yesterday to purchase a Toro Zero Turn lawn mower, as I was being helped, a customer came in (after me) and was irritated that he had to wait. He left the front and went to the back without a workorder. Apparently this irritated Scooter because he came to the front yelling and being very rude to his employees demanding that the workorder be made and printed. Two people were ahead of that customer!!! The employee helping me had to stop helping me to do what Scooter said for a customer that was THIRD in line!!! The employee apologized for the rudeness of his boss and having to take away from helping me. They just lost a sale of around $3000!!!!
