They are totally incompetent. All they did was add chemicals once a week. I had algae growing on the sides every time I checked the pool. I had a leak in the Polaris booster pump, so I shut it off until I could repair the pump. The pool person turned it back on without opening the suction valve and ruined the pump. When we told the owner about this he said that they weren't psychic and wouldn't know that. That is basic operating of a pool system. If you build pools, service pools, that is something you should know. They sure don't know anything about pools and I wouldn't want they building one for me.
To start service was good and pricing is fair, but as time went on it gradually went down hill. The "Pool boy" would schedule weekly appointments to clean, and simply not show up, nor bother to call to reschedule. When brought to his attention he would apologize & turn around and do the same thing a few weeks later. I believe if you are paying for a service, you should get quality service... and if by chance a situation arises where a appointment can NOT be kept, the technician should have enough respect and professionalism for other people's time to CALL and reschedule, instead of leaving people to wait & wonder. When you have a business such as a cleaning service... keeping REGULARLY scheduled appointments is IMPORTANT... failure to do so, results in being FIRED. I will gladly pay more for a professional to service our pool from here on out. Save your money ,time, and frustration.... and use a professional.
