My auntie went to Skye salon in Beaumont, Texas. She paid $ 150.00 for an Ombre style only to have her hair burnt, chopped up and a bad bleach job......We went to four salons near by and they all felt very sorry for her. They all said it was the worst hair job they had ever see. Essie was the stylist and after going into the salon to try to make it right she humiliated my auntie and embarrassed her saying it was my aunties fault. We then tried to call her on the phone only for her to hang the phone up one her. We posted comments on Facebook but they keep deleting any negative reports. They only keep the comments they want on there. They are very unprofessional and are rude and mean.....

If you really want to fix your hair good go to a real professional and trust me this Skye salon and spa is no a professionals at all My sister look real bad and she went to say how bad it looks and she feels they say it was her foult because she had a black hair and that style look's good only in people's with blonde hair, she say Essie the "stylist"

I went to Skye Salon because I needed a new look. I showed Essie a picture of how I wanted my hair to look. I was looking for ombre style. She spent 4 hours working on my hair. I thought it strange that she did not want me to look at myself in the mirror for too long. After being charged $ 150.00  What I got in return was a very bad highlight job. I can't even say it was highlights. It was a very bad style all in it's own. I went back to the salon and tried to talk to her about how bad I looked and how bad I felt. She told me it was all my fault. How could it be my fault when she was the hair dresser??? She was very entertaining all the while talking only good about herself and speaking very negative things about all the other hair dressers in the Salon. She liked to brag about herself with over 25 years of experience and the other women with only 3 or 4 years of experience. How conceded. When I confronted her she was very rude and tried to embarrass me. No one would let me talk to a manager or even the owner. I left the salon and called her on the phone only for her to hang up the phone on me. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. She literally destroyed my hair. I would defiantly not recommend using Skye Salon if that is how their hair dressers are allowed to treat their customers.

I got a business card from a friend of mine who's hair was stunning to me from the woman who did her hair. The stylist's name is Essie and I made an appointment for the following Tuesday with her. I told her what I was looking for in way of style and she did a better job that what I was looking for! I get compliments almost daily about my hair these days. I won't go anywhere else anymore!
