I love the small town atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. That being said, it's the most inefficient pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I used them for only one month because on going back for my refills after the first 30 days they dropped the ball on literally everything. I cannot trust …

I like to get my prescriptions at Walgreens as opposed to CVS. It is hassle free, and the staff is very friendly. Also, they always have good merchandise to go with all the holidays, and they sell a lot of the items that you usually have to order on tv. You can develop pictures there too. It is nice.
CVS has very poor customer service. When you drive up to the window, they can see you, but everyone goes about their business as if you aren't there. I can understand if they are busy, but many times I am the only one there and I have to sit until someone forces themselves to come over and wait on me. It is ridiculous. Also, I have called and asked if a prescription is ready and they say it is, but when I get there it is not ready, or for some reason they cannot fill it. I would much prefer to use Walgreens, but my insurance is with CVS/Caremark and I am stuck. Very disappointing.
