I bought a 10x12 metal building 14 years ago and it has a rotted support board across the front and the door has sagged to the point it will barely open and close. The wood supposedly has a 30 (or 40) year replacement guarantee, so I called the Dallas office and, after sending pictures of the damage, was told they would replace the damaged wood. I would, however, have to pay for the labor cost. I agreed because the representative told me it would probably cost about $300. After waiting several weeks, a Morgan Building repair contractor called and said the repair cost would be just shy of $900 (half what the building cost new) and I would have to pay up front before the repair could be started. Well, I don't think I am THAT stupid to agree to that and I let them know it wasn't going to happen. Bottom line is, don't be taken by this company. Buy another brand and you might get what you pay for. They also advertise "pressure treated" frames. Don't believe it. I have a wooden fence with pressure treated posts in the ground that are over 30 years old.
I purchased a Spa from this company and at first everything was wonderful until I paid it off. Now I have been trying for over a year to get someone to come and fix it. When you call no one answers you have to leave a message and they never call you back. The one time I did speak to someone they told me I might want to call someone else to come because their repair person lives in Dallas. I called several people and no one wants to work on Morgan Spas.
