Super helpful staff! Really cool stuff on stock. They can get you exactly what you need, Batteries or bulbs
Decent retail service, good for simple personal needs but horrible for business. I have used batteries plus for years in Dallas with great service. This location not so much. Serviced me well on small walk in purchases, but failed miserably on a larger test order of business equipment. Staff told me that my phone had been disconnected, so they dismantled and threw in back all my equipment, tried to show them that my phone is working, I run a 20 man company, employee literally started screeching that it wasn't their fault. When I dropped off the equipment they suddenly got busy and didn't finish it in time, which was understandable. Was offered to deliver, left my card, but in the end it was only a sales pitch they obviously didn't look at the paper work and couldn't figure out how to call a Dallas cel phone number. I could have overlooked everything except the obnoxious screeching employee that my phone was disconnected and it wasn't their fault. I took my equipment back, but they removed some of the clips and jumpers, so will wind up throwing away $1,000+ worth of equipment. Store fine for small items, but use one of the more established and professional locations for any higher dollar items. Don't leave anything there and expect a return call.
Just order online, don't bother going in. We went in wanting to purchase and all in one desktop computer and the salesman(kid) didn't listen to us, and told us about a computer he made at home last night and why we should do that instead, and why a desktop was better. We couldn't get a word in while he talked and finally had to walk away from him. Then later while researching online, found out that his reason why we shouldn't get an all in one computer was invalid and he had given us wrong information.
