I have on and off used Frank's for over 15 years. As a Vet Tech they have the best supply of Scrubbs. (Nurse clothing)...After my hubby car accident they had the neck braces in many sizes...wedges to sleep on..Now that he has gotten older he needs canes walkers....Etc...If they don't have it they can get it . And usually in a Very short period of time. I Love Frank's Medical Mart....

Very disappointed in Frank’s customer service. I recently switched over to their company for my medical supplies and have discovered that they have a difficult time getting them approved with my insurance (although my previous supply company never had a problem with that). I understand, though, because sometimes things happen. However, the person who is designated to assist me, William, never seems to be available to take a phone call. Today I held the line to talk to him and was again given excuses as to why things had not been taken care of. When I asked to speak to the owner or someone else who might be able to provide answers or assist me better I was refused. William refused to even provide the name of his superior, the manager or even the name of the owner of the company. I, a customer, have no recourse or the ability to progress up the chain of command for service or to complain about the lack of. Not a good way to treat a customer. Very poor customer service and very bad business. If this business/customer relationship is this poor in the beginning I can only imagine how bad it will be in the future. I am cutting ties now to nip this in the bud. Very bad business decisions and extremely poor customer service. Seems they do everything they can to lose business.

This was my first experience with AMS and it is 5 star all the way. My father is COPD and struggles with his Oxygen every time him and my mother try to leave the house. The staff at Alliance took the time to go through each step of switching bottles for him and my mother to make sure each outing is not stressful. Thank goodness for people like this.
I would never recommend Alliance. They have nice merchandise but terrible service. Employees are too busy talking in the phone to friends to help a customer. They cannot answer questions and are great at ignoring you while you stand at the counter. You need to know that there is only a 15 day window to return merchandise. This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered so don't go there to try to get help.
