Matt, Donna, and Patricia are wonderful we have had our property with Beaufort Rentals over eight years now. Being an owner of a home out of state can be overwhelming. Being clients of Beaufort Rentals puts our mines at ease; we do not have to worry about our property. We love their dedication to our property; it shows their pride in their jobs. We very much appreciate their many services in which they provide. They display loyalty and honesty at all times. Also very matter of fact and attentive to our property needs. When I call or email I get the up most respect and professional courtesy. If you are looking for a great property management company Beaufort Rentals is the place to make your homeowner dreams come true, when it comes to making a decision to rent your home.
I rented my home through Beaufort Rentals for 4 plus years. I received my rent payment every month without fail. All maintenance items were handled quickly and the companies used charged fair prices. If any situations arose that were out of the ordinary Matt Flewelling handled it. I would recommend renting your home through this company.
The water pressure is so awful in the Oakview Commons unit (Taft Street) rented to us that the owner actually complained to the neighbor about it before moving out and renting it to us through Beaufort Rentals. There is an online news article from last year about it and even the plumber they sent out three times said this was a well-known issue. The lack of water pressure makes it nearly impossible to take a shower or do dishes: it's inexcusable to have to wait up to a day to do either. There's nothing like starting to shower, thinking the water pressure has finally recovered, only to have it drop again, and you have no way of rinsing off. Sometimes it's so bad the back of the toilet can't fill up with water, so the toilet is non-functional for hours. Yet, according to Matthew the water pressure is sufficient and nobody else has ever complained.
