Although the customer service reps are nice enough they have no say so in what Verizon does so visiting them is not worth the effort. I purchased a new phone and combined my husband's phone account with mine. The following week I went online and it stated my bill, which was suppose to be in the $75 range... was over $280 then $125... I returned to the store and returned the new phone, my old one still does not work, and although I do not have a contract they refused to terminate my account until the next month... so no phone, still paying. As I said the store people were nice but totally worthless as far as getting anything done with Verizon. My husband returned later that week and he and all the customers discussed how they were not being helped. (One lady received an incorrect order - placed by THE STORE - and was told she would have to pay shipping to return) Steer clear of the store and steer clear of Verizon!

The employees are very rude and not helpful I had a young lady Holly she was really rude spoke too fast not a pleasant visit I went to Cricket Wireless same phone better service and the employees are Awesome
This sprint store had the worst customer service I ever experienced in a Sprint store. I made an online service appointment through Sprint. When I arrived, I as told that they do not honor online service appointments at that location. Also, I was told that it would be at least 90 minutes before a service tech cold see me. After that, I'd have to wait for the problem to be diagnosed and it could be several hours. I don't see how a cell phone store that does not honor corporate police can even stay in business. I was going to buy an additional phone and service. However I decided to take my business elsewhere. I called Sprint customer service and they were shocked at the behavior of the store employees and gave me additional locations where I can go for service and new plans.
