Well came in on Saturday the 16th of August 2014 and picked out a jeep online and was told they would have it to me Monday. Monday is here and it was lunch time and I hadn't heard anything so we called and was told oh that jeep was sold Saturday. Instead of calling me and letting me know Saturday I had to call Monday to find out. They have no problems calling me back when I didn't give them my number about a different vehicle. Word of mouth can hurt you or build you and this company needs to do a better job.
went in to get my tires changed and got my bike back worse then before. simple tire change isn't hard to mess up. I went back to get it fixed and tried to charge me to fix their mistake. never going there again th
My family has had this Chrysler town and country Van Brand new since 2008 we supposedly had an amazing warranty in addition to the lifetime warranty. However, even though we had complained to them numerous times about the same issues they kept telling us there isn't a problem ..... finally under there own advice we took it to another dealer The one in Hilton Head ,Even though its 57.0 miles from where we live and Sure enough over $1,200.00 worth of work needed. that shouldn't have been necessary if butler had done there jobs correctly in the first place. Obliviously My family's safety means Absolutely nothing to them. I have a 20 yr old daughter with special needs and If we were ever in a serious accident with her in the vehicle it could be life threatening for her due to her blindness, autism, and Mild MR. That's why My husband goes threw so much to try to keep the vehicle safe. If only Butler in Beaufort cared as much about there Customers as they do about THE MIGHTY DOLLAR we could feel safer.
