Water is a wonderful element to have, and it's no fun when you live in an unincorporated area and you turn on the faucet and nothing happens. With visions of having to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to dig a new well or have it repaired, it was SO nice to learn that the problem was a corroded switch in the air pump. I cannot thank or praise Beach Pump & Well Service, Inc. enough for how quickly they came out, found, and repaired the problem and then, checked other functions of the well and pump to make sure they were okay. Final cost was $150.00. Great service, great price, knowledgeable, polite and professional office and field personnel. I I HIGHLY recommend them if you are ever in need.

Called 3 companies last night, including the one that installed my well pump. Justin called back first thing in the morning. Still waiting to hear from the other two. LOL. We set up an appointment for this afternoon. Showed up as promised. Fixed the problem...we're good! It wasn't a huge job for them, but they understood, it was for me. They set the ground work for a return customer!

As a local realtor in a two state region, I have come to trust Ken and Justin in ways that approach FAMILY! I refer ALL my clients to them, and I use them myself. They service, repair, replace or start many things related to water.

If they don't DO it, they'll similarly refer someone like them that does. So, stop clicking through websites and reviews and just call them already.

CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! Never, have I ever encountered a professional who handled a job better than Ken and Justin Boyce. Our pump failed, and I considered replacing it myself. I decided not to because of the complicated and outdated design of my well. These guys came out immediately, answered every one of my (many) questions without hesitation, pulled my old pump and installed a new one. Not only do we have water again, we have better pressure and flow than ever before. These guys are wonderful!!

Initially I contacted the company who installed my well at my house, but they had been sold. The new owners quoted me $500 --- yes, $500 --- just to come out and determine the problem. So I scoured around and found Beach Pump on YP and chose them based on the reviews. Boy, were they worth it! They handled the original problem, and replaced sections of copper, installed ball valves, adjusted switches, replaced wiring, and installed a new well cap. All for less than $500, which is what the other company would have charged me, just to look at it. Beach Pump and Well is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from my household. I even watched them while they were doing the work and they were thorough and professional.

We didn't have any water in our house and they came out and provided great service and fixed our problem with our well and with a reasonable cost! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their well or pressure tank!

I was having issues with getting hardly ANY water in my house. I called 4 or 5 places that seemed to generalize and not put forth any effort to diagnose the problem. One company in particular had a guy come by my house to look at the well head in my yard. He proceeded to tell me that I either needed to acidize the well (for $1,200) or dig an entirely new well (5k to 7k). After speaking with a few people, I found out that this company was infamous for trying to rip people off and also did poor work.



I called Beach Pump & Well and spoke with a very knowledgable man who took the time to listen to my issues and thoroughly explained to me what all of the possible problems could be. His crew came to my house the next morning and ran diagnostics on my pressure tank and checked some other things.



They discovered that my well was running perfectly and so was my pressure tank. The entire problem was that the whole house filter was catching too much iron and was getting clogged quickly.

The call ended up costing only $85 and they DID NOT try to sell me any other services in order to make more money for themselves.



I found this company to be very trustworthy and knowledgable.

We called them Friday 4/2008 morning due to we had zero water. Came out that day.

Needed to bring 4 guys to do the job ( was not an issue) and was all taken care of that day.

The weather was rainy that day but was not an issue for them to be out in the rain.



Took good care of us. Very friendly guys.. Was a pleasure to do business with. Will call again if we have future concerns or break downs.
