I totally agrre with the other two reviews. I will drive to Pasadena to mail my packages just to avoid the 2 guys working in this store. Their prices ar outrages and their customer service is non existent. From their attitude they seem to be very unhappy with their jobs! I think I would change careers if it made me that miserable!!
I'm a small business owner. I understand they charge extra to ship packages and that's how they make there money. However if I'm paying twice the amount to ship a package I feel I should receive good customer service. This place hands down has the worst professionalism ever. And as a privately owned business they should promote small businesses in the community to help not only them but the community as a whole. They also bad mouthed the ups store off of Garth and said they would charge me even more. I told the guy I have a business account and my pkg at the most should only cost $15 he was trying to charge me $38. They don't even provide tracking. The ups person has to contact you with the tracking later. Wish I would have recorded both of my in counters with two different male employees.
Worst service ever. They gave me the wrong tracking number, then charged me to send a package that was slower to get to my daughter in Kuwait then a package I sent snail mail a few days later by USPS. Very disappointed with the service!!
My packaged has not only been left at the wrong address 5 times different location each time but it has been delayed for over 2 days before because the driver was to lazy to drive down our private road and put it at my door step I even ordered a item that was over 200 dollars that they left at another house and it was broken and so damaged I had to return the item. I have called several times and filed a complaint with nothing being done about it. I will no longer order from any companies that ship through UPS. This company is looking at a downward spiral if this continues to happen. I hope they get things under control.
