So approximately 1:15pm today, I was getting gas at the Raceway off garth road, right next to the mall. After filling up the truck, I go to leave but the engine doesn’t start because somehow the battery died. So I call my dad in which he replies he’ll be there to jump it in about 20 minutes. As I go inside the gas station, the “owner” asks “what’s going on with your truck?!” Me: “oh the battery just died all of a sudden, but my dad’s on his way, he’s just down the street” Owner: “Well you have to move it now, its bad for business!!” (Several things immediately cross my mind.) 1. I just gave his business $54.86 within a couple of minutes after filling my tank. 2. More than half this guys pumps are open. 3. Gas is on a pretty good decline right now and everyone is jumping for joy so business has to be pretty damn good (its making news for Christ’s sake!). 4. It’s a Thursday and a lot of people are at work (not getting gas). 5. Raceway usually has the better price and almost everyone I know gets gas from there pretty often. Me: “Half your pumps are open, 5 more minutes can’t be that bad for business and plus my truck doesn’t start so I can’t move it”. Owner: “ I DON’T CARE!! PUT IT IN NEUTRAL AND PUSH IT OR I CALL THE TOW TRUCK!!”(As professionalism goes out the window at this point, and not to mention I was on my way to the gym so the pre-workout was kicking in) Me: “OK A**HOLE! I’LL GO PUSH IT AND WILL NOT! BE BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!” As I’m walking out to my truck to move it for this POS, he follows me gobbling like a turkey. Owner: “OH YOU GONNA USE THAT FOUL LANGUAGE TO ME!? I BEEN ON THIS PLANET FOR 62 YEARS!” ME:” IDGAF! GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME” As I’m pushing the truck away from the pumps, this guy is rambling on and on while pulling out his phone, in which I’m assuming he’s calling the tow company. And then he starts taking pictures of my license plates. He walks inside, comes back out and tells me he just called the tow truck. I tell him well good luck cause this truck won’t be getting towed today. As he goes back in, I try to start the truck and it works! Laughing at this point, I just drive off shaking my head and had a pretty awesome workout after all of that. And that’s why everyone should steer clear of this place. This guy thinks business is bad now? Just wait until the doors open at Buc-ee’s.

Poor service, i was refused gas and was told to leave even though i was about to fill my tank up but their but refused to sell to me and made a racial comments. I'm very displeased and won't ever return their again
The store policy only provides for an exchange and not your money back no matter what. I bought a bracelet to go with a blouse I wanted to wear to a dinner function but when I got home and put it on it started snagging my beautiful blouse. Upon closer inspection of the bracelet I could see the way it was made was terrible. It had a material metal mesh that had shaggy edges all around it and no way I could fix it. The only other bracelet that matched my outfit I found and bought from a different store. I took this bad bracelet back the very next day. They refused to give me a refund and repeated there policy and showed me on my receipt. The bracelet was made very bad. I just want my money back because they did not have another bracelet that matched the outfit I needed it for. They want me to exchange for something else I don't need or want. I left the bracelet with them and reluctantly took a ION receipt from them which I wanted my money back not something else. This was March 28th and march 29th, 2014. I went back today 6-10-14 to try to reason with them again. I don't want or need anything else. We're talking $8.63. I need my money back. They lady manager kept saying that was back in March and I could get something else. I said I had brought the bracelet back the very next day but they won't give me my money back on a faulty bad item they snagged my good blouse. They then told me to leave or they would call the police. I said I want my money. They called the police so I left with nothing. I will never go there again. No other place has ever been bad like that. I am 59yrs old and I don't appreciate that store at all. Horrible store. Horrible managers because they said they were the managers when I asked to speak with a manager. Horrible people.
Worst place to do business! Went there to purchase gas had 1-$10.00 bill. 1 $5.00 bill & $1.00 bill 3 quarters 1 nickels 1dime &&& 10 pennies. Man refused to take my money. Said he didn't take pennies. Had words with him he proceeded to throw pennies in night slot!!!! Very upset they come to the united state make money spend our money but yet to good to take pennies. That's all I had and was trying to buy $17.00 of gas.
