My 19yr old daughter went to get a simple oil change, and scammed it to getting a engine flush.. she ended up owing $113.00. No luck with the incompetent manager Richard, on resolving the issue. My guess is he training his employees to scam unsuspecting young ladies. Kwik Kar will no longer get my business & hope no one else will use them either.... ITS A BIG RIP OFF!!!

Everytime I need an oil change, this is the place I go to! Wonderful staff and quick service! They staff is very knowledgeable about the sporadic noises that go on under the hood and are able to relay and suggest the necessary steps I should take to fix the problem.
Have been going for oil change year and 1/2 there never had a problem until the last two times the same guy barred the plug to my oil so I have a steady leak, they say I had other leaks, which they sent me to another place and nothing proven...so again I took it for diff oil change same thing but it gets frustrating when your car is no left in the condition you took it and I agree the girl in the front desk is not helpful at all with her repetitive eye rolling and The manager very condescending as far as asking me where I was raised didn't care for fishing comment or attitude...The owner should look into re-surfacing his personnel. Maybe retraining. As for me, this is my last oil change there....
Took my BMW car in to have a quick brake job done because my regular mechanic was pretty busy. They told me it would be $650 plus Labor for the brakes and to replace both back rotars because they were belviled. I refused the service thankfully, waited a couple of days and took it to my mechanic and it was $300 for all 4 brakes and a new sensor because the one in the front was worn out and that included labor. Rotars were perfectly fine. DO not go to this place, they will lie and scam you.
I highly recommend this place... treated fairly as a customer, reasonable prices and work is done in a timely fashion.... everything I look for when I have car maintenance needs.
I got my oil changed at Power Lube and the manager called her boss and talked to him about getting the veterans a discount. She called me today and told me that they will now start giving veterans a discount. Plus their service is great and they do a GREAT job. Stacy is the manager and I give her 2 thumbs up and 15 stars.ThanksRicky Price
This place uses the oil I trust and use. Unfortunately, the lady at the front counter is very rude. So rude, if I was not in a rush I would have left. Every customer that has walked in the door the last 15 minutes has had looks of discomfort from her tone and her approach. Due, to the customer service I will not be coming back. I can find my oil else where.
