If you are a Hchd gold card patient: good for minor diagnosis such as cold or flu. Many rules are for doctor and patient. As a Patient I am not allowed to make any decisions(without consequence). If I make any mistakes following rules, some of the staff will mistreat me. A few doctors are impatient and nurses have better attitudes when you have some one with you. The county should clearly define what they can't do to to help a patient get well. It is called communication. When I try to use my patient rights, i am not treated or denied altogether.Referrals are sometimes helpful.The worst thing is blaming me, the patient for not getting well if they can't find a diagnosis. Any idea of affordable quality healthcare anywhere else? I have invested alot of money in HCHD and they waste time and money by not making diagnosis.
