        Quality Computer Service began in Milwaukee as a printer repair business in 1992. But, due to growth both in technology and within the company itself, very shortly it expanded into the PC repair business as well...filling a niche as a company that could serve as an IT Department for companies too small to suport their own, while maintaining its service to the home user .QCS has a mission to provide our clients with networking, printer services and computer support services, in addition to PCs, printers and toners at a fair price.         Quality Computer Service is expanding. We are opening a retail store March 18th at 8830 N Port Washinton Road in Bayside, WI. QCS is the place to go for ALL your Computer and Printer needs!

        My laptop was struck with a te...

        My laptop was struck with a terrible virus and I called Quality Computer Service. They told me it would be 1-3 business days before it would be finished. I told them I had a huge project to finish and almost all the files I needed were on the computer. They let me come into their shop where the technician pulled out the hard drive, hooked it to a device and let me pull off the files I needed so I could continue to work. As it turned out even though that was very helpful of them to let me do that I didn't even need to because the computer was finished the next day and has been running great ever since. I would send all my friends there.

        When I called Quality Computer...

        When I called Quality Computer Service. I had an urgent issue. We needed our Internet up quickly. They arrived the same day on time as promissed. The problem was fixed right away and everyone in our the family was thilled! I have passed on my technicians name to everyone I discuss computer problems to. We will only use Qualitly Computer Service for our home and my husbands business PC issues.
