Overall

We dropped a van off for a tune up. While it was there, we wanted them to remove one of the captain's seats; we could not get to the bolts due to vehicle's low ground clearence.. We figured it would take them just a few minutes to remove the 4 bolts. They charged $65 to remove the 4 BOLTS ! We won't be going back there.....

Overall
damage while trusting

So we have been coming to this place since we moved here. I have had confidence in this location with all my car needs. I trusted them enough that when I was purchasing a vehicle in town. Well I even brought this vehicle to them to get their opinion on the brakes. Well when I came to get my vehicle their was a huge dent in the front passenger wheel well that was not there when I dropped it off. So first they tried to pass it off as existing. Then they just denied it completely. They did however offer to call the marshalls office. Well the damage was cosmetic but.... it is damage that was not there before. No one owned up to the responsibility. That is horrible customer service and it was in their care. I think that it should have been taken care of by the company. It was bad service and now I cannot in good consciousness give them more business.
