On May 4th I went to Newins in search of a car, not really sure about what type only that I preferred a manual. The salesman Matthew Stickney greeted us, he was incredibly friendly, helpful and not pushy. (Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very nice). To my surprise he was able to deliver on a car I never knew I wanted, a Ford Focus ST. It has everything I asked for and more. What a great car!! The only way to describe TNT is superb. We had our sons car fixed after a recent accident and the work done was impeccable. The car looked as if it had just come off of a showroom floor when they repaired it. The staff there is also very polite, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know without hesitation. 1 out of 10, they deserve a 10!!! Also, you won't find a better quote either, and after comparing them to 5 other auto body locations in our area we could not find a better quote. Worst service ever. Two hours every time you need so much as an oil change...with an appointment!. When you question anyone you get a dirty look and a "what do you want there are a lot of customers". Why did I make an appointment then? Is my time worthless to Honda after the car is bought?
Excellent auto repair and great customer service. Always bring my vehicle there. Would highly recommend them especially if another shop has given you an outrageous estimate. Go there for a second opinion cause after all, isn't our car kinda like our bodies?
This is the worst establishment with the most rude people. I've had so many issues with my brand new 10 month old 2015 Honda. This past time was the final straw. My car started rolling backwards in the parking lot of my job even though my emergency brake was pulled all the way up. This was a Tuesday and the service department told me they weren't accepting walk ins and I had to wait until Thursday. For a safety issue, it is beyond me that a dealership could say that to someone. When I went back to pick up the car, I the manager was so rude and couldn't explain to me why my emergency brake wasn't fully engaged. They told me that it needed to be tightened but that shouldn't happen to a new car. After going back and forth trying to understand why it happened and receiving no real answer, the manager called me a liar. Another manager told me that they can't make every customer happy. How can you say that to a person!!! Save your self the trouble and do not go there!!!!

I have purchased two vehicles through Newins Bay Shore Ford, with a sales rep there by the name of Eric Stickney. The guy knows his stuff inside and out. He's humble, ready to go the extra mile, and always has a pleasant disposition. (And I am not an easy person to get along with when it comes to 'out the door' numbers *grin*). I never felt any overbearing pressure from him to buy, and he was always willing to answer my questions and work to find us the exact vehicle that we wanted, at a very competitive price.
