Excellent service. At a very short notice - on a bad snow day, Griffin Taxi was able to accommodate our flight schedule and came on time to pick us up. The driver was very polite and drove very safely in bad weather conditions. Strongly recommend Griffin Taxi.

We needed a ride both to and from MBS and Griffin taxi did a great job. The vehicle was clean and well maintained, and both drivers were friendly and especially helpful with our luggage.

I would be more comfortable if the taxi driver wore a mask and to know the seats were cleaned after each guest. This protects the passengers.

Griffin Taxi is the only way to go! I called for a pick up at the MBS airport and they said due to high volume it may take some time to pick me but would work on a "Plan B" and call me back. In less than 5 minutes they called back and said there would a drive arriving soon, the actual driver - Dennis - called me and let me know he was about 15 minutes out.
The level of communication with the office along with the professionalism and customer service from Dennis the driver was the best I've ever experienced. From now on Griffin Taxi will be my car service when flying into MSB airport, there's no one better. Keep up the great work GT - Thanks!

A great family owned company in the heart of a big little town. I would recommend Griffin taxi to anyone look for transportation. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful but the cabs are very clean and smoke free.There's not a lot of company's left that are filled with heart, not something this ones lacking in.

Ive been taking cabs in bay city for several years i just switched to griffin taxi and wish i would have discovered them sooner very professional friendly and prompt i take a cab several times a week and will never take another cab company

Never showed up after I scheduled a ride to the airport - this company doesn’t even deserve one star! Thankfully another taxi service was available and I didn’t miss my flight!

called for pickup at 1pm waited suppose to been at work by 130 had to call another taxi service for pickup could have cost me my job very disappointed in their service not reliable at all

I was so pleased with my experience on a recent trip with Nate. He was early for my pick-up, waiting on me when I walked out the door. We had a great conversation on the way to the airport. Nate shared the history of the area with lots of interesting facts. It was very evident Nate takes great pride in his town, and the service he provides is phenomenal.

When my pre-arranged ride fell through, I called Griffin Taxi. My driver was Brenda and she saved the day. She took me from the Saginaw airport to Gladwin and I was charged the amount I had been quoted. We had a very pleasant conversation on the drive.

My very first experience with Griffin Taxi! SHOUT OUT TO JON!!! For being a stand up, kind human being. My boyfriend and I were walking home around midnight, Im 6 months pregnant, and we're walking over Veterans bridge, as it starts to down pour.. Jon rolls up, and saved the day!! We're looking forward to using Griffin Taxi and Jon as our go to!!

Two gentlemen from Griffin Taxi were driving on I-75 when they passed my truck going 55 mph with our hazards on. They pulled up beside us and yelled to us that the front tire was crooked (it was not like this 20 minutes prior at our stop for gas), they told us to pull over, and we did. Thankfully, they pulled over right in front of us. Low and behold, smoke started pouring out from the tire. Then, it started sparking and flames started shooting out. Thank God the two men from Griffin Taxi were there, because they put out the fire! Everyone was alright, and they gave us a ride to the nearest restaurant to wait to for a tow. They didn't expect anything. They were simply helping out of the kindness of their hearts. I was EXTREMELY impressed with these two gentlemen. If these are the kind of people Griffin Taxi employs, then everyone should use this taxi company! They are truly good people.

I just had my first experience with this service best in town far as I am concerned. They provided kind and considerate service to all who were along for the ride.

These are all friendly, honest and dependable people. They will get you where you need to go safely and on time. I won't use another cab company.
