WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! I went in with extreme pain and after 3 "dental professionals" came in, looked in my mouth, and viewed my x-rays I was told nothing was wrong and that for $170 a good cleaning should help. I ended up going home with a huge infected abscess that popped and then only got worse over night but not a single one of those "professionals" could see it!? Two words: MALPRACTICE and NEGLEGANCE. They dont care about you as a person, they only want your money.
Waited about an hour before I was shown a chair, they charged me 200$ to hold a spot to get a tooth pulled. Their free exams and X-rays is just a sales gimmick, they put their walk ins before me. And I scheduled an appointment. Basically they're going to charge you and sell you things, I highly recommend against going to Aspen. Waste of time and money.
I went to Bay City Aspen Dental on Friday in severe pain thinking it was my wisdom tooth the lady at desk said it would be $52 and that would include x-ray! I paid the $52 they took me to the back and didn't do an x ray so I paid $52 for the doctor to look in my mouth for 2 min. Then told me to use ibuprofen and ice I have done that have not slept for 2 days! Call the number for help and they tell me to go to ER! If that is there suggestion should not of took my $52 so I could use it toward a ER visit. Thanks for nothing aspen when I called my doctor they say you are the dentist you should be helping with mouth problems. I wont refer anyone there
I went to the Bay City Aspen Dental. I was the first appointment and the first on show to a chair. Still I waited 45 minutes and no Dentist. I will not go here again.
Staff are useless.. the dentist are very nice. It's like going to a timeshare event adorn will try to sell you on everything they can it gets annoying. Also u have to have money upfront for work done to even make a appt...bs place..
Don't go here. They are out of there minds. We were told that a tooth extraction would be around $115.00 over the phone, claiming that they are generally 10 - 15 % cheaper then the local dentists. I made the appointment, waited 2 hours to be told that it would be $390.00 and I would have to make another appointment for the tooth to be pulled. A complete waste of time.
