So I had be in contact with Automaxx the past 2 days. Yesterday, I had to call because no one had even looked at my online app. This was the first Sign. Second sign was how quick and much of a squirrel the salesman acted like on the phone. He talked fast and acted like he wanted to get my off the phone but talked about all sorts of things not relating to the vehicles. Third sign was when we introduced ourselves my wife said " Im his better half". Give the salesman about 10 minutes and he totally forgot she was my wife. I was told I could get financed for a truck and the payment would be around 300. Go in today and the payment jumped to 600. The salesman assumed my grandma was going to co-sign again. Never once did I apply or say she was gonna be on the loan. He just assumed. Then proceeds to tell my wife we are in the wrong and he is right. As a disabled Veteran. I would avoid this dealership. The GM was in the room and never intervened. If the dealership is ran this way, I wonder if the cars are purchased from areas the have been in floods. I was treated like I was in the wrong, the salesman was rude, condescending and could do no wrong. Even though he assumed something. This was a waste of my time even though I was told I would be approved for a truck. Then tells me he never said that. This company needs to record phone calls and when an issue is brought up fix the problem.
Great deal on a Acadia, no pressure for extra BS and the paperwork was surprisingly quick. usually it takes an hour with some finance guy who tries to up-sell everything, not here! Very happy with my purchase.
Bought a nice truck at an outstanding price, the entire process took 20 minutes, no BS-much appreciated.
Bought a very nice Enclave from these guys, price was well below what other dealers advertised for and I found them to be very honest and forthright about any of my questions, I am very happy with my purchase. Only issue I had was finding them, for some reason my google maps ap didn't pick up their location..
The salesman lied to me when I specifically asked if all if the outside lights work. I don't think the price was fair either, but what can you do, right. I traveled over an hour for a specific car, and when I got there the car was nothing like they portray. The sale itself was executed in a suspicious manner. I will not return ever. Someone else may have a better experience, and I feel if you have more money to spend you would be treated better. Overall, just be vigilant and thorough when shopping here.
I love my new Taurus. Upon arrival the car fit exactly the description given on Craigslist.org. Thank you so much.Hope
Happy with my purchase, cheap vehicle.2004 Malibu Thanks Greg
Bought a 2009 Ford F150-couldn't be happier, sales team treated me right, good car lot and staff. Very happy with my purchase out he door for less then 10k
Bought a truck , needed some minor repairs but the price was too good to pass up. They seemed very easy to work with and I would highly recommend if your looking for a reasonably priced vehicle.
Bought a 2007 Ford FX2, beautiful truck and even better price. These guys were top notch, put two new tires and changed the oil for me without me even asking very hard. I literally looked at basically the same truck for $4,000 more at another dealership.
