Filthy, disgusting common areas, bugs, has gas leaks, mold, had to call police multiple times, felt afraid constantly, drugs, likely meth cooking and fire department called in for explosion, management refused to let me out of my lease despite all this. I am stuck with the bill and bad credit rating, and legal system won't hold them accountable. Oh yes, all tenants were also served eviction papers because management didn't pay taxes. Still I am stuck with the bill. What most don't know is that this complex is owned by a bunch of corporate lawyers out of Detroit who could care less. They have filed bankruptcy on the adjacent property and have "rebuilt" said under new name with what appears to be government funds. All using our tax dollars. Yet if I file bankruptcy to get their bill off my credit I still can't get another apartment with bankruptcy in my record. Nice! Fraud! Don't be deceived by the snake in the grass who claim one good deed to veterans all the while using us all and our tax dollars... Things such as our vets fought for! Disgraceful!
Would not even give them 1 star but have to rate so had to click one star. This company rented my son an apartment that has no heat, took his money on December 18 2016 and as of today January 9, 2017 he has no heat. After numerous calls to the only number available they tell him to use electric heaters and turn on the oven on low and crack the door. What is wrong with this company? They knew this apartment did not have heat and they have no intention of fixing it. Does not sound right? Trust me, it is happening. I can hardly believe myself! Ice so thick on the window. They should be ashamed of themselves. They will not give him his $1100.00 back. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They have several apartments complexes, I would not trust any of them.
Stay clear of the owner broker Randall Labrecque he is an unprofessional and excuse my language A hole we were going to use him but he showed up a half hour late to showing us a house wrinkled polo shirt half tucked in a pair of blue shorts with a big bleach stain in them and 1 untied shoe the house he was a listing agent on while he was removing the key from the lock box standing right next to the natural gas meter I asked him what is the fuel source of this house he told me propane which clearly was not the case when we got inside the house I asked him what type of furnace the house had he told me forced air once we got in the basement it was clear that the house had a boiler system not forced air so how is this guy going to try to list something and when he shows that he knows nothing about not to mention the rude inconsiderate phone calls I now receive because of his lack of education I chose to go with a different agent. My best advice would be to not use this agent as your sellers or buyers agent because obviously he doesn't know what he's selling and he is very rude and unprofessional to the people he shows houses to.
