We have spent between $600 and $1000 per year with this company and the service has never been stellar, but this takes the cake! We placed an order for personalized scrubs and when they arrived, one name was misspelled. When contacted, VAC stated that they confirmed the spelling and it was our fault. The person placing the order is close friends with the misspelled employee; she was in her wedding for pete's sake! She knows how her name is spelled! When the complaint was escalated to management, the manager was rude, snippy and interrupted to state that to them, the customer is always wrong essentially because they have an internal policy against making mistakes. I would rather pay a hundred embroidery set up fees at a hundred other companies than deal with Veterinary Apparel Company's nonsense any longer.
