Food is amazing. Service is great. Fun game to play while you wait. All around good time!

My co-workers and I went here for the first time (for all of us in Battle Creek anyways) for lunch. We arrived there a few minutes after noon and placed our order along with two to-go orders. We made it very simple and explained everything correctly. !2:30 (30 mins) came and as he was taking food to other tables that came in after us, he mentioned our food was coming out now. 12:45- still no food and we had no time left to eat so we told our waiter to box it up and that we needed the bills as quickly as possible (hoping to be able to eat before getting right back to work. Well, our food took even longer getting it boxed up and the bills we're not right but because of the time we just paid it how it was. I also asked if we could get to-go pops seeming how we want our drinks with our meal- that took five servers to get ready too and we ended up with two ice teas when no one ordered a single ice tea! Finally, one of us paid with a gift certificate and five $ on top of that to cover .68 cents. HE NEVER RETURNED OUR CHANGE OR ASKED US IF WE NEEDED ANY~



We work as a five member team for our Doctor( She's included in that five) When we came back to the office- there was already our one o'clock patient. So we were taking bites of our food when we had two seconds to do so.

After fifteen mintues of speaking to head-waitress- we finally were able to talk with the general manager! Which we had received only 3 gift certificates and there were 6 of us total- which means only 3 of us got compensated for this trouble.



NEVER PLAN TO EAT HERE WITHOUT BEING THERE FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR & 30 MINUTES. First time there and will be my last- I will use the gift certificate for that sister in law I don't like at Christmas hoping that she gets the same treatment!
