Rosanna G. I have had very similar experiences with them, I understand there is a shortage HOWEVER taking 15+ business days to fill when the order has been paid for is ludicris! I also never recieved their so called lock agreement in the fall they stated they sent in October. When I told them I never recieved it yet called and ordered in October and it wasnt mentioned I was told they cannot control the mail and that I wasnt the only one telling them that. I have run out of propane 3 times this winter waiting for them to deliver when Ive called at 30%. Do not try to call if you are above 30% as they will turn you away. It has been a very cold winter for mself and my 6 year old waiting for them to get their act together. We will also be switching companines as soon as humanly possible.

Overall

I've been a Best Propane customer for many years. I always pre-buy in the summer and am on the autofill program. In the past couple months, I've ran out of propane TWICE. When I call to let them know, I get no apology, no credit or compensation to my account, no nothing. They blame in on their 'new system'. What is the point of being on autofill if they are going to let you run out of propane and leave you with no heat in the middle of winter?

Overall

We have been loyal customers for numerous years and recently ran out of propane. We called to request a fill up and never got a return call. We left 2 messages over 2 days. 4 days later we called and they stated they hadn't gotten our messages. They were supposed to send us information in the fall about pricing and fill up options and they never did, which is why we were late in filling up to begin with. All this was explained and they said they couldn't get out to us for 3 days, or we could pay a couple hundred emergency visit to have it the same day. They would also tack on a fill up charge, because we were empty. We waited 3 days and still had no propane. When called again, we were greeted with another terrible customer service experience. They were very rude, not accommodating, and took no responsibility for some of their faults. They said it would be a week from our original call (which they didn't have documented). It's been 10 days.....still no propane. We've counted 4 different propane trucks drive by our house, but none of them were Best. We will be switching service ASAP!
