Just because new management has taken over and some of the policies have changed, I think as a business you should still honor commitments that were previously made. Even if an employee erroneously misinformed a client you should not make the customer lose money on a service they were lead to believe they paid for in good faith. I'm extremely disappointed and will no longer patronize your establishment and will encourage other people not to as well. Customer service is a joke!
