This a great gym to workout at. Staff really cares about the members!!! Manager does a great job with keeping the gym clean.

Very friendly staff. Clientele are regular folks. No snobs with attitudes like you can find in other clubs.
Ok, let me explain how crappy of a Groupon and Business model they are proposing. I was a paying member of this Snap location from 2008 to 2014. I decided to get a Groupon with the idea of signing back on later. Well, here are the issues with that. Short story, DON'T EVEN BOTHER and DON'T BE A MEMBER OF THIS LOCATION. Sign on at ANY other location. Problem 1 - You need to make an appointment that takes all of 15 minutes that apparently only ONE person can do - aka Cameron. I went at lunch time and he didn't have time for me (had current appointment) and told me to come back at 4:30 same day. I did with traffic slowing me down. So if you must go, call ahead. You aren't important otherwise.Problem 2 - Here is the business model. They have no compassion for the cheap price you paid on the Groupon. Where they INSIST on making their money UPFRONT is on the $25 keycard you HAVE to buy. I already had one, and he just wasn't ok with that. It pulled up my old information and he said I wasn't a new member. Uhhmm, I'm not a current member nor have a been one for years. I sold that house last year even. Basically who cares. I gave that place $500/year for 6 years straight only to get a middle finger basically. Problem 2 A - IMPORTANT - READ THIS IF NOTHING ELSE ... I didn't make it to this level of the game, but here is where they will try and get their money off of you. In order to fully sign on, they only restrict you to the COURSEY location ONLY. You can not go to any other locations. They take your credit card information as a hold to charge at a later time....The only time the single location restriction is lifted is at the end of the two month promotion period at which they HOPE you forget to cancel so they can SLAM you with a $50 registration fee (didn't we do this 2 month prior though?) and ALSO a $29.99+tax membership fee. By the time you notice, it is too late... even if you cancel then and there, you are on the hook for $80+ dollars. So what if you walk away and leave? They have YOU and ANY of the hundreds of Groupon buyers that don't put an alarm on their calendar to cancel membership. That is a sleazy and just evil business model. If that's the only way you can thrive as a business, you shouldn't be in business, period. That is worse than a slimy used car dealership. Silver lining is I didn't sign on for that nonsense anyhow, but I HOPE that Groupon buyers read this and RUN AWAY. As far as Snap Fitness goes as a gym, it in itself is great and convenient. Sign on ANYWHERE ELSE though!!! Don't give this place any of your money. Go a little further to the one on Highland if you can. It is much larger with newer nicer equipment. It is quite sad what the Coursey location has turned into in its transfer of ownership. Clearly they aren't in it for the long haul.
My husband and I were members for about four years. Then back in August my husband qualified for Medicare and as part of his Medicare Supplement he was given a free membership at another club. My husband went in to the gym, spoke with the management, maybe the owner, returned our fobs and was told there was no problem in discontinuing the membership. Long story short our credit card continued to be charged for the monthly membership fee, my husband had to make several trips to the gym and was told every time that it would be corrected. It was never corrected and I had to file a dispute with our credit card company to get them to block further charges. Then we were refilled for two of the months, November of 2016 and December of 2016 in January of 2017. I went in the speak with the management and was told it would be taken care of immediately. Here we are six weeks later and this has still not been corrected. I am very unhappy. My advice is DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB.
Lost my 4 year old child at the recent Christmas camp. The same girl responsible for losing my son was also negligent with another 4 year old child and actually mean to her for "getting her in trouble" after she was reprimanded. Owner did not contact me after knowing about the situation with my son, owners husband (who doesn't work there- runs a car dealership) finally did call me after I sent a Facebook message and then had a bad attitude with me over the phone. He insisted that he didn't know what happened but his wife was told. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell him what happened. I was told the person responsible was no longer there and that the issue had been taken care of but nope. She was there again today. Don't trust your small kids here alone. I wish the actual owner who works there and deals with the children had reached out to me instead of her arrogant husband who did nothing to help the situation.
Leaking roof, workout, filthy equipment and a boom box for sound in the large aerobics room...... That's what they charge for???? No way.For less $$ you can go to a brand new club if you're just looking for machines & weights.
The owner's son drained their filthy whirl pool half way, runs it through some system and puts the same nasty, grayish water back into the pool. Disgusting!
Hard to believe there are so many complaints for this location since I have found the exact opposite. I find the gym, and restrooms always clean and organized. I can't believe what I am getting for my money. If I feel like working out on Sundays, I can always go to another location. The equipment is modern and the gym offers a variety of classes. This location gives you the best bang for your buck. Have recommended and will continue to recommend this gym.
Horrible when it comes to memberships and communication.I called the gym as well as visited the facility 4 times in person in order to reach a Josh, who apparently handles corporate memberships. He was unable to be reached in person after my fourth visit there and I was told to call back. When I finally reached him on the phone I informed him of employer and he stated all they needed to do was contact my employer to verify my employment (which I'm pretty sure any human being with a simple understanding of the human language could have done- like the three people i'd seen when I came to the front desk). He was supposed to return my phone call and inform me of when I could retrieve my key for access. It has been two days and no one has contacted me regarding my membership. If it were not for the extensive discount my job offers I would not be patronizing this place.
I'm not usually one to leave comments like this, as they usually never lead to anything productive, but I thought it appropriate to share this information with anyone looking to strike up a contract. If you're in the middle of a contract, and you lose your job, Foxy's Fitness will not cancel the contract. I find this to be completely tasteless and unmerciful. I'm expected to put the 43 dollars towards a gym I go to occasionally, rather than towards food/gas for job searching etc. This is the primary reason I am not renewing. The staff is pretty good to their people, but the inability of their contract organization to understand survival vs. pleasure circumstances is completely unacceptable.
